How do I reset my TelePortal or Portal password?

Below you will find instructions on how to reset your TelePortal (Enterprise Customers) or Portal (Standard Customers) password.

Please note there are different instructions for Enterprise Customers (TelePortal) and Standard Customers (Portal). Both instructions are included below. 

TelePortal - Resetting Your Password

1. Go to

2. Click on "Forgot Password?"

3. Enter your e-mail address and click "Submit"

4. You will receive a confirmation that your request for password reset has been submitted.

5.  Please check your e-mail for further instructions. 

6. Click on the "Reset Password" link received via e-mail. You will be directed to a page that allows you to reset your password. Choose a new password and click the "Reset" button. 

7. Your password has now been reset. 

Portal - Resetting Your Password

1. Login to your account via Standard Portal:

2. Click on "Forgot Password"

3. On the following page, enter the e-mail associated with your account. Click "Submit". 

4. A confirmation screen will appear. You will also receive an e-mail with instructions on next steps. 

5. Choose a new password and click "Reset".

6. Your password has now been reset.
