Content Restrictions:

- Transactional messages may only be sent to users who have a current business relationship with the content provider. Also, the messages must be transactional in nature e.g. account alerts.
- Marketing messages may only be sent to users who explicitly consent to receive marketing messages. Marketing messages may only be sent during normal business hours. Also, Marketing messages are not allowed to be sent during the following holidays:
