Content Restrictions:
- Marketing messages may only be sent to users who explicitly consent to receive marketing messages. Marketing messages may not be sent during religious holidays and observances. Also, marketing messages may not be sent before and after normal business hours.
- Transactional messages may only be sent to users who have a current business relationship with the content provider. Also, the messages must be transactional in nature e.g. account alerts.

All messages must comply with the Spam Act 2003. Exceptions include: government bodies, registered political parties, charities, religious organizations, registered political parties and educational institutions (who messages to current and former students).
