*Promotional SMS to needs to include the opt-out information at the end of SMS text (Depending on the provider, it is necessary to finish each promo message with either "OPTOUT 5258" or "To stop, send 'b senderID' to 7726")

Content Restrictions:

  • SMS cannot be sent to landline destination number.
  • Only communicate during an end user's daytime hours unless it is urgent.
  • Opt in and Opt out are required, especially for marketing traffic
  • Do not contact end users on do-not-call or do-not-disturb registries 
  • SMS messages may be sent between 7am and 9pm (UAE standard time) only.
  • Spam filters can return in some cases fake delivery receipts and don’t discriminate between spam and legitimate traffic.
  • ​OTP and non - OTP should be sent from separate accounts
