  5. What is provisioning time?

  6. Is there any use case that is prohibited for two-way service (Marketing, Invitations...)?

  7. Are P2P use cases allowed?
    • P2P is prohibited.
  8. Are there any time limits for sending (weekends, holidays, specific period of day)?
    • No such limitations.

    • No such limitation.
  14. Any other restrictions or special rules to flag?
  • Any senderID but Dedicated Long Code will always be overridden to a random local long code, so the end user can simply hit 'reply' on their handset to facilitate 2-way. Even though the LC is random, messages are tagged to ensure MOs are routed back correctly to the correct customer.
  • Dedicated Long Codes will always be preserved, but in order to gain reach to all networks, it is necessary to lease two DLCs - one to MTN, Vodacom and CellC, and another for Telkim Mobile.
