Requesting Account changes - TeleSign security

Please note that TeleSign will only be able to act on requested changes to account information if the request comes from the Administrator email that is registered on the account.

This is to protect your account from access by unauthorized users.

You can make most changes to the account information yourself, when logged in.

Finally, we also recommend and will try to avoid setting email aliases as Account Administrators wherever possible, for security reasons.
