What languages are available for localization of Voice Text-To-Speech messages?

If customers do not specify the "voice" parameter in the API request, the message will be played in English using "voice=f-en-US". 

Additional languages are available for Text to Speech customers, including Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish.  For a full list, please see the Developer Center - under the Voice API documentation -
