My Voice calls to certain countries are blocked - why?

For Standard Accounts - there is a select list of countries that are not automatically enabled for Voice service.  This is because these destinations have been associated with high IRSF attacks. However, we understand that there is legitimate usage to these countries, so if you have a need to send voice messages to these destinations, please submit a request using the 'Feedback' link in the portal side bar.  When contacting us, please provide the following: 

  • Country Desired

  • Use Case

  • Sample voice content

  • Desired Start Date

  • Estimated Volume per Month

Once our Compliance team has reviewed your request, we will follow up with next steps.
