Can I set the specific Sender ID or Short Code for my SMS messages?

This can usually be arranged by contacting Support or your dedicated Account Manager.

In order to speed up Sender ID process please include following information in email request:

 

  • Business and Use Case (Information about business and the use case that Sender ID is needed for) 
  • Message Frequency 
  • Message Type (Security, Marketing or Promotional, Alerts, SMS Blast, P2P) 
  • Desired Sender ID (OA)
  • Message Content (Example of message template that will be used for traffic)
  • Countries (List of countries where traffic is planned to be used) 
  • Web page address or Application that is being used  


Please note that in many cases requests will need to be reviewed through a compliance process and TeleSign cannot guarantee Sender ID preservation.
