In order to speed up Sender ID process please include following information in email request:
- Business and Use Case (Information about business and the use case that Sender ID is needed for)
- Message Frequency
- Message Type (Security, Marketing or Promotional, Alerts, SMS Blast, P2P)
- Desired Sender ID (OA)
- Message Content (Example of message template that will be used for traffic)
- Countries (List of countries where traffic is planned to be used)
- Web page address or Application that is being used
Please note that in many cases requests will need to be reviewed through a compliance process and TeleSign cannot guarantee Sender ID preservation.
