Can I record a custom voice message?

Pre-recorded custom voice messages are not available via the portal for Standard Accounts.  Instead, we suggest customers to use our Text-To-Speech functionality within the Voice service. Our Text-To-Speech functionality has several languages.  To learn more about this feature, please visit the Developer Center - Voice API POST parameters section.
